To register and maintain an account with jkt99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
jkt99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, residence, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Account registration requires accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jkt99. Creation of multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including winnings. Detection methods include but are not limited to matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, and IP addresses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. jkt99 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat.
You must notify jkt99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available and using a strong, unique password not used on other websites.
Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorized by you, and you are liable for all such activity including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals, unless you can demonstrate that your account was accessed without your knowledge due to a security failure on jkt99's part.
All jkt99 accounts must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal and may be subject to additional verification at any time. Required documents include:
Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days. Your account will remain active during verification, but withdrawals may be pending until verification is complete. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account suspension.
jkt99 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual transactions may be subject to your bank's daily transfer limits. Most deposits are credited instantly; bank transfers during non-banking hours may be processed on the next business day.
As part of our responsible gaming commitment, you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours. Limits can be decreased or removed at any time. Contact customer support to configure your deposit limits.
Verified accounts may request withdrawals 24/7 through the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method at jkt99's discretion after verification.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. Processing times are typically 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
jkt99 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 1.5% or Rp 25,000 (whichever is greater). Your bank or e-wallet provider may assess their own transfer fees.
jkt99 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests and conduct further investigation if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, collusion, use of betting bots or automated software, or any activity that violates these terms. Suspicious withdrawals may be delayed up to 30 days pending investigation.
jkt99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Bonus eligibility, terms, and wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms. Not all bonuses are available to all players; eligibility may depend on account status, deposit history, and previous bonus usage.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount. Example: a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10-20%, and sports betting varies by odds. The wagering contribution percentage is displayed in each promotion's full terms.
jkt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, but may affect future bonus claims.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds.
jkt99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Individual session results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to variance and the probabilistic nature of gaming. If you believe a game is malfunctioning, immediately cease play and contact customer support with full details.
jkt99 reserves the right to void bets and reverse settlements in cases of: obvious error in odds or results, technical malfunction, game disconnection affecting outcome, violation of game-specific rules, or evidence of fraud or manipulation. Players will be notified of voided bets and reasons.
For sports betting, official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body are final for settlement purposes. Results will not be amended based on subsequent disqualifications or changes unless explicitly stated in the sport-specific rules.
jkt99 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkt99 disclaims all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, jkt99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of a game disconnection during play, the game round will be completed using our standard disconnection policies. Casino games typically continue and settle automatically; live casino games follow the dealer's completion of the hand; sports bets remain active and settle based on the match outcome.
jkt99's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rp 50,000,000.
Under no circumstances shall jkt99 be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jkt99 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or functionality of third-party games, payment processors, or external websites linked from our platform. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms and conditions.
jkt99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform or other players.
Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to: underage gambling, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, use of automated software, collusion, money laundering, chargebacks or payment fraud, harassment of staff, or any illegal activity.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days. After 30 days, dormant account balances may be subject to administrative fees. Account closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closure.
If you feel you have a gambling problem, you may request temporary self-exclusion (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or permanent account closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play. For permanent closure related to problem gambling, all remaining funds will be returned to you, and you will be permanently banned from creating new accounts. In cases of account termination due to fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity, jkt99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. We may also pursue legal action and cooperate with law enforcement as appropriate.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jkt99 is licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of courts in the licensing territory.
The English language version of these Terms and Conditions is the official and controlling version. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
